For example, we often see cases where a client who has been involved in a motor vehicle accident is experiencing substantial pain and suffering, however, their x-rays appear "normal" ( ie. no broken bones or dislocations), and there are no visible signs of injury ( ie. no cuts or bruises). Other attorneys may, all too easily, fall into the insurance company's trap of characterizing the claim as a routine "soft tissue" injury, with minimal monetary settlement value. We understand the fine nuances of non-fracture injuries, which may nonetheless, involve substantial damages, injuries, and monetary value.
It is our office policy that every one of our clients will be interviewed by, and have access to both senior partners, with over 50 combined years of personal injury litigation experience, until the conclusion of their case.
